Competition is just around the corner - March 2010 is closer than we think.  In order to compete as a member in good standing, member dues must be paid through February of 2010.  Chorus treasurers need to be sure all Regional and International dues are up to date. CAL members need to be sure Region 24 dues are paid the same month they pay their International dues.  If you have any questions about your member status with the region,  please feel free to contact me at my email address listed below.

 

As the Finance Coordinator on the Regional Management Team (RMT), I have all sorts of responsibilities working with the revenues and expenses for Region 24.  Most obviously, I'm the bookkeeper - the one who pays the bills and deposits the revenue.  I am also involved with long-range financial planning which includes helping to develop budgets for both the RMT and the Regional Convention Team (which oversees the planning for and execution of our yearly convention and competition).  It is my responsible to sign all contracts for Region 24.
